  I was surprised how flexible the engineer was as he came at 7pm when I'd finished work to repair my cooker on a Monday night. I'd definitely use them again as they were genuinely helpful and clear about costs upfront in the first phone call.

• got what i wanted

  lovely little local shop,really smart.lots of spares and good display. fitted me up with new t/dryer looked at cooker at same time and repaired it dead easy,cleaned up and were very curtious to boot, definately in my adress book,will recomend

  really needed to view some integrated appliances, paid a visit to aces, all that i needed was on disply in a very smart showroom with staff who actually knew what they were on about. Great service ... a real gem of a find

  after phoning round etc nobody wanted to touch my built-in dishwasher. these did.thank god they did, came same day no parts required so cheap quick job really, saved me alot of aggro and money

  Did not arrive on time. Very rude on phone when called to check on when they would arrive. Wanted to charge call-out fee even though engineer was late. Cancelled and use another company. Best avoided.
