Extremely poor service - don't touch them
The RMA department "lost" my returned barebone server - refused to admit they'd received it despite me having Proof of Delivery though Parcelforce - never return phone calls or email Avoid at all costs - because it will cost you one way or the other. Completely hopeless and incompetent.
