  We are a company in the centre of Nottingham and have had Chris out to the store a total of 3 times so far. He has always arrived when he said he would, always done a brilliant job and always at a more than reasonable price. We are very happy with all the work done and some of the employees are using him personally now as well. We will definately be sticking with Chris for any other jobs we may have. Great guy and great work.

  Chris, arrived when he said he would. He looked at a major drain blockage issue on a shared drain at our property. Other adjoining drains were also blocked so he went door to door to ask the neighbours if he could check their drains. He eventually got the the last sewer which was the public one and he helped me in contacting severn trent. He cleared up after himself and offered excellent advice for the future. I would trust him with any plumbing/drain work in the house and recommend him to all. At alst i have found a quality, trusted tradesperson! Thank you Chris.

• Chris Martin Plumbing Ltd Chris won't let you down

  We asked Chris to completely renovate our bathroom - no small job ... our bungalow was built in the early 1900's so there were lots of potential pitfalls. The result is fantastic. Chris helped us with choice of bathroom furniture so that the end result is in keeping with the age of our property. Chris won't let you down - he's very experienced, does a fabulous job, and he's also very cheerful and someone you can trust to leave your front door key with. Thanks Chris, you have two very satisfied customers!

  We were very pleased with the excellent service Chris offered. Tt was an urgent job and Chris kindly fitted us in and also sorted other problems we'd been having with thermostats. Very good of him because he was extremely busy. The work was very well done with minimum fuss and inconvenience. I would recommend Chris to anyone.

  After contacting various plumbers, I had given up hope on ever getting a plumber to fix my burst pipe. Chris was apologetic in that he was busy that day fitting a bathroom but would come round that evening to look at the problem. True to his word he arrived that evening and immediately got to work fixing the burst pipe. He provides a friendly, reliable and professional service. Highly recommended

  I would definitely recommend Chris Martin. He came out quickly to unblock our drain, offered helpful, friendly, advice on what might cause blockages in our old pipes, and charged a fair price (see his website for prices).

  In the past my experience of plumbers actually returning your call or keeping the appointmnet has been poor. However, Chris returned the call within a few hours and he turned up when he said he was going to. He was respectful of my property and dealt with the problem in an efficient way, clearing up after himself and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to friends.

  This is the first time we asked for Chris to conduct some basic plumbing repairs. Work completed was first rate and done professionally. Its can be difficult to find a consumate reliable professional who does a good job! - we certainly found this in Chris and we would recommend him to friends and family in future without hesitation.   I have read the previous 19 reviews and there is nothing further that I can add to these eulogies. The prospect of our American relatives over for the week end served by a non-flushing loo terrified us. My wife had been seduced by her "fancy-schmanzy" creator of the ultimate bathroom into high technology flushing - OK until there's a breakdown and the replacement parts become virtually unobtainable. Nevertheless , he managed to obtain the part and saved us from the from what could have been an inevitable disaster .

  Chris contacted me quickly after I left a message and came a couple of days later. He soon sorted out our tap which was really leaking and also identified valves that needed changing. I would recommend Chris to others and have asked him to quote for fitting our bathroom amongst other jobs.

  I found Chris on the Internet through Touch and I must say that I am very impressed with him. He made a date and kept to it and carried out the (unpleasant) work efficiently, speedily and with humour. He returned when he said he would and he's worth at least 10 out of 10! Actually the 2nd time he came was the morning after terrible floods due to rain etc. in the Nottingham and District areas (not mine). In spite of many emergency calls, Chris still kept to his timed appontment with me. Very impressive.

  First class service from a local plumber. Chris went out of his way to source a quality shower door from Derby. We thought we had to have a new toilet but Chris obtained the parts which were faulty and in both cases his work was excellant. Would be happy to recommend Chris to any one who needs reliable plumber.

  Can't recommend Chris highly enough. He arrived on time, explained what was wrong with the problem and his charges were very fair. He didn't even complain when he had to saw the counter top off my built in toilet with a hacksaw blade. Very awkward job, most people would have just smashed it. After falling foul of rogue traders in the past, Chris Martin has restored my faith. Thanks!

  My wife and I needed a total refit on a bathroom. Chris was the only man we felt happy to employ to do the job and we have been absolutely delighted with his work. Chris is 100% reliable and honest, a pleasure to have in the house, clearly a very intelligent man and his work is meticulous. If you want someone to do a half-job, ignore technical details and regulations and charge you rock bottom rates, Chris is NOT your man. If however, you want to have quality work from a true professional who is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and who has a wide range of skills (including electrical) and who charges sensibly and appropriately, then you could not do better than Chris Martin, in my opinion. Chris clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the ‘n’th mile’ to achieve total customer satisfaction. He is also one of the few people whom we would completely trust to be left unsupervised in our home. We would recommend him to anyone and we plan to use him for further work in the near future.

  I've been around the block a few times, had my fair share of dodgy tradesmen, but Chris Martin is squarely in the first class category. He is personable, professional, totally reliable, and he charges fair prices. I have no hesitation recommending him and when I need a plumber in future I will not hesitate to call him.   Chris was very professional and came at the time he specified early in the morning. We had a burst pipe in the kitchen that Chris took great care in making sure that it was not damaged whist repairing the leak. The costs for parts and labour were very reasonable and he did an excellent job. The repair was very neat and tidy and Chris took care not to mess the surrounding areas whilst working. We would call Chris again without hesitation in the future for the reliable, honest workmanship and very reasonable costs. Thanks Again.
