MISREPRESENTATION!
I needed new furniture.. I was (did) move house... I was told that my furniture would be delivered within 6/8 weeks.... this was on the 28th, July 2006 I am still waiting with only an apology from the salesman. I should have realised as 3/12 years ago I ordered a leather two seater and was kept waiting 3 months for that too! I have heard nothing from the MD of Klaussner.. moral.. do not deal with a company that cannot honour their word...and who want paying before delivery.
