This company is outrageous. I have never been so dissapointed in a company before for their lack of care, consideration and down right nerve to keep hold of tenants bonds to repair damage done before tenancy. If you really want to use this company please please make sure you view the house for more than 5 mins and at least 3 times before you sign anythin. If there is anything broken which they promise to fix, don't sign anything until it is done. Make sure you keep your own records of calls and exactly what you have reported and who you have spoken to. And last but not least, i hope you have better luck with thier service then my partner and I.
