Dog & Duck

I was in a party of 4. We waited 50 minutes for our main course from ordering. The food was good, but when I complianed about the slow service to Claire seh never even offered an apology. In fact she had no customer care skills and her attitude stank, to the point of her actually giving me her name to put on review sites when i said I intended to post bad reviews. surely if the owners knew about such poor staff attitude they wouldnt be happy!
