  I love the fact that they do evening specials so you get a taste of your fav food without spending loads.... The staff are wonderful, they do get busy but do their job extremely well in my opinion :-) x

  Great chippy, great fish, not had any bad food since discovering it 4 years ago! As for the staff and they are grumpy....... Those customers couldn't have been in the queues of people wanting to get good hot grub

  I welcome all coments good and bad . If my staff offended , or spoke out of manner , or been rude to any of our customers i would like to apologise to you. All customers have a reciept with staff name on it let us know if you had any problems with anyone. As for the food its something that i take very serious on the quality we buy . As for any complaints on our food then i like to see the evidence and if i think you have a point then i will gladly replace or refund the complete order. May i take this oportunity to thank all our many costumers for their support.

• Terrible Fish

  The fish here is appalling, skin and full of bones, it was almost grey, and hat a metallic taste, avoid like the plague if you like fish

  Great food quailty...Staff are always rushed but mostly polite dont slate them for the way they serve...doing a job in a rush isnt ever easy :(

  omg i worked there and really enjoyed it but i cant blame them for having a little bit f bad days but because i worked there i carnt exactlly blame them there tired and there is alot of work to be done not just survin the costomers but the really ae great members of staff and that is from personal expierence and the foods and facilities are good too :D

• Ocean Blue Chippy!

  Best chippy in the area for food. Staff are sometimes abit grumpy and sometimes really nice, everyone has off days. Usually give kids lollys which is nice. Plus you can see your car on a CCTV monitor if you park in car park to the left. Would recommend.

• Ocean Blue Sutton in Ashfield

  Food is generally very good, but the staff are not particularly friendly and treat you like cattle. I always get the impression that I'm 'getting in their way' by being there. Not a pleasurable experience at all. It must be a requirement of employement to be a grumpy so-and-so as as the place has been like it for years.
