    I must admit that it was with some scepticism that I opted for hypnotheraphy to aid me in my quest to give up cigarettes, but after having a quick chat on the 'phone I decided to go for it. I visited Excel Yourself (resisting very strong urges to get a 'last' pack of cigarettes on the way) had a quick consultation and underwent the hypnosis, most of which I can still remember - so it's not like a stage hypnotist act!

    Felt good leaving the place, and as it was nearly two months ago and I'm still not smoking it clearly was effective as well! A quick calculation also shows that including the fee for this I have saved over £200 in anticipated cigarette costs already - it will be in excess of £1000 after a year of giving up!

    Highly recommended.
