  What James W doesn't say is that he agreed to pay a deposit to confirm the booking. He eventually paid a deposit 5 WEEKS later. If he was serious about having the car then why wait so long. He lost the booking by his own inertia. I cannot stand people who intend to deceive people by not telling all of the truth.

  What James W doesn't tell you is that after viewing the car he was told that we needed a deposit to secure the booking. We received his deposit 5 weeks later and returned it to him. Like any other business of this type confirmation is only given on receipt. He lost the booking by his own inertia.

  As all of you who are considering arrangements for your wedding will by now be aware, you need to be able to rely on the people you hire. This company (if it can be called such) managed to book in someone else without so much as a consultation with us WHILE OUR DEPOSIT WAS IN THE POST TO THEM. This was all done after months of arranging the hire, and has left us with little time to arrange an alternative. Utterly worthless as far as I am concerned. Stay away.
