I received an excellent level of Customer Services from Patricia at the Bridal Suite in West Bridgford and was delighted with the outcome of my dress. I am getting married in 8weeks, and had been to try on an evening gown, as I already had bought and chosen my wedding dress last year. Since trying on patricia's gown though, I knew I had to have it and didn't feel very special in my "old wedding dress". Patricia really helped me out and sorted this out against time constraints, I cannot recommend her services enough. Professional environment, with a friendly atmosphere and free car parking, easy location to get to. You must get your dress from here!

I have recently purchased my wedding dress at the Bridal Suite. I found these reviews very helpful so I wanted to a further recommendation about this shop. Very professional service, clean environment, and very friendly staff who were willing to help without being overbearing and gave honest opinions. I had one-to-one attention and felt special! The dresses were of good quality and value and there was a reasonable range. Don't bother with the large city centre shops, you'll pay more but not get value for money.
