Stephen Saunders is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), well experienced in all aspects of residential property matters. He has over 35 years professional knowledge of the East Midlands property market. His career has included positions in Estate Agency and auctioneering as well as national corporate survey and valuation service organisations and the Government Valuation Office. Since 1993 he has operated as an Independent Chartered Valuation Surveyor from offices in West Bridgford, Nottingham specialising in HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys and valuations of residential property for all purposes throughout the Nottingham area as an expert.
