great exercise

xingyi mad!

this school is one of the only places in the UK which truely understands xingyi and can teach it to a high level. Well worth the phone call

Open mind

The instructor is extremely experienced, and knows how to get the best from people. He has students who are currently the British Champions, Junior and Senior, as well as ordinary mortals. Every lesson is full and varied, for the interest of the open minded.
