• Full Steam Ahead need a little more power!

  We booked FSA to come and do some cleaning at our house because my partner and I both work and didnt really have time to do it. It was hard to get the cleaners to come when we wanted as they appear to be pretty solidly booked, so we had to wait a few days, when we would have preferred next-day availability. All that means though is that we have to be more organsied and think about wehen we need them in advance rather than trying to get them on an ad hoc basis. we aksed for " acleaner" and got 2 ladies in overalls with their own equipment., They spent an hour whizzing round and (i wasn't there) my bnoyfirend saiud the house looked lovely. They even took our ironing away to do and brought it back a few days later. We have no complaints about their cleaning ability and would book them again. HOWEVER, i think they could benefit from having more staff so that perhaps you wouldnt need to book so far in advance. Also, i've rung a few times to book a cleaner and whoever i've spoken to has said someone would call me back, and no one ever did, which means i've had to ring them back. They do not seem to be contactable by email either. I think they would get more business if they had more ways of people being able to contact them and if they rang back people who contacted them.
