• Not bad at all. I wd use them again

  I placed an order about a year ago for some curtains. Received v good service over the phone. Received samples of fabric and transaction went smoothly. Curtains made were of a high quality and the price was reasonable. Only downside is how long it took to receive the finished product. About two weeks later than what I was quoted and that was only after I called to enquire. Otherwise, excellent.

• Superb Customer Service

  My Wife and I have visited the show room on a number of occasions and have recieved nothing but A1 service - Jason and Roy are a real pleasure to deal with and talk too. There advice is excellent. They have helped us revamp our Loft apartment. Thank you so much Roy and Jason. Good luck with the new store in Spain. Kind regards Dean & Helena.

• Customer Attraction

  Their standards are a disgrace! How a business man who treats his staff in such an appalling manner gets any custom at all is beyond me. I for one will never order anything from this company again. A David Brent in real life. Everyones' nightmare of a boss. He doesn't deserve to continue in business. Any person who condones such behaviour should be named and shamed.
