Dental Team

Whether working on her own or with a Dental Surgeon, for example with denture implants or partial denture cases, Michelle Drury will ensure a smooth and seemless treatment process when the services of other members of the dental team are required.

Denture Maintenance

Dentures are in constant use almost 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are also in a pretty hostile environment in the mouth, being attacked by strong acid, bacteria, hot cold and spicy food. Daily cleaning is essential as well as professional ultrasonic cleaning in a denture clinic at least once a year. Due to constant bone loss (or resorbtion), it is most likely that dentures will become loose sooner or later. Loose dentures will increase damage to the gums and bone structure, and increase the risk of breakage. Have your dentures inspected at least every two years, or more frequently if necessary.

Relines and Repairs

Repairs can be done in approximately 90 mins.
Relines can be done in the same day. Your impression would be taken in the morning and your relined dentures would be ready to collect in the afternoon.

The stages in making the dentures and changing how my face would look to others was really well done, constant care to what i would like and how it would look was excellent. I am now the new me and feel as if i am someone else that people see. My jaw line has changed, i speak with a straight line instead of a slanted face, my face is evan level, on both sides, i talk and i have teeth, and when i smile what a difference it makes. I even have lips . Would i recomend you to anyone lets see................YES

  I had my last dentures made by Michelle and they were great. I'm now wearing my new ones which are absolutely perfect. The service was really second to none from Michelle, Ian and Steph. A real pleasant experiance and even though I have a problem with choking Michelle was very considerate and patient. Keep up the good work, your 'brill.

  I have been very pleased with the service from Dentures Direct. They offer a very professional and friendly service. I chose the Enigma teeth and used the CQR fitting system which has all worked very well. Whilst I have had dentures for most of my adult life, without doubt these are the best I have ever had! There is no doubt In my mind whatsoever that if you want good fitting, natural looking dentures then I would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle Drury at Dentures Direct.

  Just thought I’d write a few words as thanks to Michelle and the Dentures Direct team in Sherwood, Nottingham. My confidence has much improved since Michelle made my upper and lower set. They fit perfectly and the aftercare is brilliant. I’ve only recently lost all but 4 of my natural teeth so especially impressive for myself is the documentation pack I received post fitting  It’s wonderful to smile again, I didn’t think I’d be able too :) 

  Michelle and her team at Dentures direct have changed my life. The teeth I have had from them fit perfectly, they make me look years younger and I can eat everything including steak without problems. Previous dentures have caused problems for my gums and eating but these are perfect. I recommend them to everyone, they are excellent!

  Needed temporary denture for 3-6 months after removal of front tooth. My NHS dentists' attempt was poorly fitting, left me unable to speak properly and chaffed against my tongue. Went back twice but he said it could not be improved upon. Called Dentures Direct more in hope than expectation but received friendly, efficient and expert service. I now have a well fitting, comfortable denture and can talk again. Michelle even added a tooth to fill another gap! Thank you.

  After various disastrous attempts at NHS dentists making dentures for me , a friend recommended Michelle at Dentures Direct on Mansfield Road, Sherwood.   I found Dentures Direct in the yellow pages as I hadn't a clue where to go to solve my problems. It was the best choice I could ever have made. I know that it is a business but the understanding and care that I have recieved is far beyond whatever I expected. Michelle is such a very talented person.   Traveled 230 mile round trip for this service which says it all - well worth it. Steph and Michelle are highly professional, friendly and approachable and the product puts the NHS to shame!. I needed and upper denture for 2 front teeth - the NHS one was terrible but Michelle came up with a far superior, comfortable solution. Even my perriodontist said it was a very smart denture and extremely well made. Highly recommended.

  My philosophy is that if you have to buy anything imitation, go for the very best you can find and you can find this in Nottingham! Michelle is the magic tooth fairy who, with a wave of her wand and some reassuring words and her expert artistry granted my wish to copy my teeth at age 17 to my now 70 year old mouth. The result is fantastic both in looks and comfort. Here you will find Michelle and her team recognising the enormous cosmetic value of good dentistry. It's a case of the sight is as good as the bite!
