Actually I have bought a giantcofalconmax from The Bike Shop in Long Eaton and am actually very very happy with the service i have recieved from them. All the Staff are extremmely friendly and helpful any problems i have had i have simply called them up and they have been straight there to fix and problems. I highly recommend The Bike Shop and I will certainlly be upgrading my bike through them in due course. Any Questions or querys The Staff are more than Helpful to help. Shane Andrews

beware of this shop!!

I brought a giantco falcon max on the recommendation of one of the owners of this shop, who told me it would never break down, and that it was a sturdy bike. Have had problems since day one with the bike and much to my annoyance, time and money spent on it, they refused to give me my money back and charged me for a new engine etc. I sent them a letter complaining that the bike was not fit for purpose but they even ignored that! Please be aware that the bike shop is only interested in your money!!!! I will never buy another bike from the bike shop again!
