Having a friendly, no nonsense approach and a steely determination to get to the root of problems and issues, Emma has helped me to make significant changes to my life and my outlook on it.   I went to this lady suffering with confidnce issues and not sure with who i was. through the use of her skills I have started to turn my life around. She took time tosrt out which therapy best suited my needs.she has a excellent after care program. always has time to listen. money well spent I willbe going back again to top up my self worth feeling.

Im a female therapist running 2 clinics. 1 in the centre of Nottingham and one in Sawley. I work evenings and weekends with hours to suit most people. There is a also a free 1/2 hour consultaion available for new clients

Another service offered is meditation classes. These are run in small groups or on an individual basis. The cost is minimal and the benefit of proper relaxation is huge. We look at lots of meditation methods so there is usually at least one to suit most people.

Clinical hypnotherapist and psychtherapist....specialising in eating disorders, hypnosis in childbirth, past life regression and smoking therapy, EFT and cognitive behavioural therapy. I m also a Reiki master. Reiki is a hands on healing alternative therapy. It is undertaken fully clothed. The therapy lasts about 1 hour and works on the whole being. The mind, body, spirit and emotions
