• Our fantastic wedding day

  As regular customers of Pappa's for the last four years, we decided to have our wedding reception there last year. We had over 100 guests, all of whom had the meze meal; the children were given chicken kebabs. The food, as usual, was superb - everyone loved it. Chris and the waiters got everyone up dancing, we had a fantastic time. We received so much positive feedback from our guests in the weeks that followed, we knew we had made the right choice of venue. We could not fault it on any level, the food, the service, the value for money, it was all first class. We went back on Friday to celebrate our first anniversary, and I'm pleased to report the food was better than ever.

• An awesome evening

  Went to Pappas on Friday evening. Was initially reluctant to go, after reading bad review, but my friend insisted that she had been before and had enjoyed her meal immensely. Ordered kleftiko and mousakka and I cannot fault the taste and tenderness of the meat as was the mousakka. Really enjoyable evenings with very friendly and attentive service.

• Fantastic birthday night out

  Went out on Saturday evening for my daughters birthday. Great atmosphere! the food was delicious and the staff really friendly. Everybody was up dancing and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Would deffinatly go back again in the near future.

• great fun night out

  Went out last week for our xmas party. What an amazing experience!! The food was authentic and very tasty. The dancing and live music was a bonus. Great all night entertainment. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a fun night out

• A night to remember

  It was my 30th birthday a few months ago and I was looking for somewhere special. When a friend suggested Pappas I was a bit reluctant and thought about trying it out before the "Big night". I went with my best friend on a Saturday night and has been hooked ever since. Needless to say, I did have my birthday party there and it was truly a night to remember. The stuff were great, really friendly and so accomodating... to the various requests of my guests, the food was excellent with a home-made feel to it, the wines were some of the best I've tried -and I' ve tried a lot!-, and the entertainment just great fun! Since then I have been back several times already and each time has been equally good. I would recomend it to everyone, whatever the occasion!

• A good night at Pappas

  We were introduced to Pappas by some very good friends of ours several yeara ago. We go nearly every week. It was our Silver Wedding Anniversary in May and Pappas was our first choice to celebrate it. We booked 25 people in and what a fantastic night was had by all. The service was the best we could have hoped for, the food was amazing and Chris, the owner, entertained us with his amazing Bouzouki playing. The waiters encouraged everyone to join them for Greek dancing and generally have a good time. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Greek food, Greek dancing and up for a great night out.

• pappas night out

  it must have been 8yrs ago when we were first introduced to Pappas and on our numerous visits we can honestly say that the food, hospitality and entertainment are still of a high standard. the food whether it is a mezze meal or a la carte are all cooked to perfection the restaurant is ideal for family celebrations and also for the intimate diners wishing to re-create their Greek holidays.

• The Pappas Secret...

  Good value Greek food that tastes so good you’ll be left with that “Christmas dinner” I ate so much, but enjoyed it feeling  I highly recommend the set menu or monthly buffet. The staff are genuinely friendly and have built up a business to be proud of, if Pappas is not the restaurant every one is talking about, it should be. It’s a place you discover and want to keep it a nice secret for your self to indulge in, but I think the Pappas secret is one to share. The Greek dancing entertainment on buffet nights is great fun; it has inspired my hunt for a local belly dancing class!!

• Great food!!!

  We have been to Pappas on many occasions and is now a staple place to go for celebrations of any kind, birthdays, leaving do's etc. The food is always great and the atmosphere spot on. And i would highly recommend their monthly "All you can eat buffet". Cant beat it!!!
