With reference to the review dated the 10th Dec, I was actually in the store on that date. The whole incident was different to what was written. I witnessed the Manageress acting in a professional manner, displaying professionalism and a courtious manner. The woman used profound language in front of children and other customers to the Manageress. Why should this manner be tolerated by staff. I will continue to shop at this store as I find their staff and Manager exceptionally helpful. Keep up the good work!!

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Sutton in Ashfield branch on Saturday to return a purchase. The items to be returned where wedding shoes which had been tried on at home ( on carpet ) then returned as they where not suitable. As two pairs where refunded, the third pair where rejected as ''worn ''. Why one pair not all three ?? All being in identical condition. The manageress was rude, unprofessional , loud and borderline offensive. I will pass these comments onto everyone I know regarding this branch, it is a sad reflection on the good service provided by the other stores. I will DEFINATELY NOT be returning to spend any monies here .
