• House sale and purchase

  I recently employed John O'Connor to handle to sale of my house in Sandiacre and also to handle the purchase of a new house in South Wales. As a result, I found the service John and his staff provided "Absolute first rate". I cannot fault it. The transactions proceeded speedily, albeit with a number of 'unusual' events for each along the way. Some required detailed consideration and John provided expert advice when these arose.

• Superb Service

  Used J O'Connor to conveyance our new house in Mapperley. I have bought properties before and work as a mortgage broker so have experience in this area. From the start, they were the most reasonable quote available in Nottingham and provided a superb service. Completion was achieved about 2 weeks earlier than expected - total or around 3-4 weeks in all. Very friendly, very professional - I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to all.
