Marvellous service

I had bought a new petrol mower on ebay which proved to be a Chinese copy. After a short time the starter pull mechanism wouldn't recoil. I came across Paul through the Touch site. Straight away he agreed to take a look at it and quoted a basic price for collection and service. Parts were to be extra. When he saw the machine he said it looked a good model and he later rang me to assure me that all the important aspects of the machine were sound. He also told me that he didn't think the machine needed a full service, that he had sharpened the blades and done the repair and that the cost would be £15 less than his previous quote and no spares were needed. To be honest Paul could have charged me anything and I'd have had to pay up as I had no idea what the repair entailed . I was without the mower for a week and it was collected from and returned to my door. this is a marvellous, friendly and honest service undertaken by a skilled engineer with years of experience in the world of mowers.
