  I have been a HOOF ALOOF customer for more than 20 years - in a personal capacity and through Woodside Riding for the Disabled. I wish to record a THANK YOU for the excellent support and service given to our disabled riders over the years. The range of merchandise is extensive, and the Staff have always taken trouble in matching the specialist needs of our disabled clients. An excellent no-pressure service.   I have never had a problem with shopping at hoof aloof. I find the staff to be most helpful and willing, if they don't have what I want in stock they order it in for me. Keep up the good work Hoof Aloof.

• Hoof Aloof Under the Spotlight

  On shopping at Hoof Aloof on several occasions, I have not always found the staff to be helpful.

  When keeping my showjumpers at a certain well known showjumping yard in Nottinghamshire, the owner of the business brought some items of stock, & number of studs were requested to be brought as well to the yard. Unfortuntely he had forgotten to bring them, but was not at all concerned or apologetic !

  They have of course lost our custom due an unprofessional service.
