Halls Locksmiths & Security

Being a student ive found myself on a very tight budget nowadays. I thought it was going to cost me a bomb when i got locked out of my flat in the early hours of a sunday morning, but Halls got out to me within the hour at a very affordable cost. They got me in and replaced the lock far cheaper than the last locksmiths i had used. The engineer was quick and very friendly. He also explained in a way that was easy to understand exactly what the problem was and how i could prevent it happening again. So if you want a professional job doing at an affordable price then i would definatly recommend Halls locksmiths.

I have been misled by this company who at first appeared to be customer orientated - by they are far from it! I enquired about a Padlock and was told I could return it if if was not correct - I did this and was asked to try another which also was not satisfactory. Because of illnes, my wife returned the lock and asked for a refund - she was given a credit note! When I went back and asked for a refund it was eventually given - Do not be fooled by the smiles and politeness - they are cold and uncaring traders.

After being let down and wasting over 3 hours waiting for a so called "quick response" Locksmith I decided to call Halls. My 8 year old UPVC door lock had failed, I thought I would need a new door but Halls managed to replace the faulty parts. Thank you Halls for a speedy repair which was a lot cheaper than the cost of a new door.

Their shop is fascinating - an Aladdins cave of security related products and they are happy to give advice to make sure you end up with the best product for your particular needs.

I used Hall's Locksmiths when I got locked out of my home. The 24 hour service is excellent, they arrived within 30 minutes and the locksmith himself was friendly and very helpful. Thank you Halls !!
