    I founs hac on touch nottingham and to be honest was a little weary of using them because of the bad review. However on reading further I decided one bad apple ect. I have to say I am happy with the service I recieved and will most definately be using this garage again! Can not reccommend highly enough!

    Found you using google maps! Just want to say thanks for squeezing me in when you were busy. Driving to France at the weekend and my car was in desperate need of a service and air con top up!! Very much appreciated and I will be back! A1 service and a price to match!! valet was a bonus and earned me brownie points with the mrs.

    You cant please everyone i suppose.. I have been using hac for about 6 years and feel i need to comment!!! I would not trust my car anywhere else!! I always get a call to say how much the repairs are going to be and have never been misled or over sold anything! I suppose its all about communication? Dont know the full story .. But I am suprised by what Ive just read! My car is always looked after well??? Plus they run me into work after I have dropped it off in the morning , then deliver the car back to me when its ready.. at no extra cost!!!!

    I see they've managed to remove my unfavourable review. Just to recap, they overcharged me and admitted they fitted parts that I didn't need because (according to Carl), 'the suppliers wouldn't take them back'. They were very evasive about the estimate saying it would be approx £300 at one stage, then hit me with a £740 bill. Not a very nice company at all in my opinion.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've not been notified of this incident. Try speaking to Carl. I am/was a genuine customer and I did make my greivance clear at the time. But all I got was an offer of a free service due to being overcharged. Needless to say I was not prepared to trust my vehicle with this company again. It's a shame that you have tried to have my review removed rather than try to rectify the problem instead. Lets face it, whilst it's nice to only have 'positive' reviews it's not realistic when your company treats it's customers like yours treated me. I'm sure that if you don't know which customer I am by now it wouldn't (shouldn't) take you more than a few minutes by checking dates etc.

    Hi.... I am a partner at HAC .. Neither myself nor any of my collegues have any knowledge of this incident? I can assure anyone reading this... We would never give out a price on the telephone before sourcing the parts and its price and adding the cost of labour?? Also we have a very good relationship with all our suppliers and any unused parts are sent straight back for a refund ?? so this comment puzzles me.... If Mr K is a genuine customer of ours he has yet to air this grievience with us?

    I would just like to say many thanks for what I consider to be an excellent service.. I like the way my car was collected how I was advised and then how the car was returned. When the promotional literature says you get a free valet thats exactly what you get. My car was gleaming and following the service it runs like a dream and all at a cost that would have been shed loads more at a main dealership no doubt!! I for one will certainly be back as and when ... An excellent service... many thanks Hac

    i have just got my 6 year old bmw and have looked around and found HAC, i called them up and asked them a few questions about the problems i have been having with my heater system they seemed to know what the problem was even over the phone (great) so i went down to see them and they were right!!!! i have my car booked in for this monday december 07. the man i talked to was very nice and is even offering to look at 2 other thing that i was unsure about and let me know what he think about them. This is very good of them as it is still under warranty else where and he knew this. i hope they are as good to my car as they seam. Mr Ashmore.

    I DONT USUALLY GO FOR THINGS LIKE THIS... BUT FEEL I HAVE TO TELL THE WORLD ABOUT THE TOP CLASS SERVICE I RECIEVED TODAY FROM THE GUYS AT HAC... IWAS SO IMPRESSED I DROPPED MY CAR OFF ON THE WAY TO WORK TO HAVE AN A SERVICE I WAS GOING TO ORDER A TAXI BUT CARL GAVE ME A LIFT INTO THE CITY... BRILLIANT!! MY CAR WAS READY FOR ME LATER THAT DAY AND WAS DELIVERED BACK TO MY OFFICE LOOKNG BRAND NEW... THEY HAD WASHED IT AND VALETED IT ( STANDARD SERVICE ) .. BLESS THE BRAVE MAN THAT HAD THAT JOB.. ANYWAY... THE SERVICE WAS SECOND TO NONE.. POLITE, CHEERFUL, AND VERY PROFOSSIONAL.. plus.... THE BILL WAS EXACTLY AS QUOTED NO HIDDEN EXTRAS AND A FRACTION OF WHAT I HAVE PAID PREVIOUSLY AT SYTNERS... THIS LADY AND HER SLK 230 ARE VERY HAPPY AND WILL MOST CERTAINLY BE USING THIS GARAGE AGAIN... US GIRLS NEED A GARAGE WE CAN TRUST... THANKS !!

    I have just had my car serviced at HAC... i have to say the whole experience has been absolutly second to none. They picked up my bmw from work , took it away the service was carried out plus.. I was given a free valet ( inside & out ) this is standard with their services I am told.. my car was delivered back to work before I left.. Excellent service - I never even noticed it had gone PLUS.. The price was a fraction to what I would have expected at a main dealer... Thank you carl & your staff.. I will most certainly be recommending you to everyone I know and will be back...

    Rang to get advice on mercedes clk warning light. Booked car in but fault cleared itself. Cancelled appointment and again very helpful good telephone customer service. If it happens again Ill ring them, better than my official Mercedes agent!
