Circuit Training

What a brilliant motivator Adam Porter is!!! Such an asset to the club!! I was shattered at the end of the session but felt great - thanks Adam.

Great

David Lloyd is a really good sports facility, it has so much to do and for a good price. Its great for familys because theres so many activitys going on and something for absolutely everyone!! it great!
