Appalling Customer Service
I am in a state of schock regarding the manner my kids and I were treated by the manager of this shop today. Rude does not even begin to cover it. After an unwarranted tirade, the legendary words "I don't care if I have offended you - do you still want to buy this card?" really were uttered by this revolting woman. Certainly the last time I will shop there. Avoid
