  Standard crispy duck (with thin oversweet bland hoi sin sauce)Chicken in yellow bean sauce with cashewnuts absolutely disgusting- first of all, the sauce was NOT yellow bean, secondly it was far too sugary to even eat. Straight in the bin.The food did turn up in the time promised (30mins) but nothing could rescue such dire cooking.

• Great food, nice people

  Love the food and the staff are nice. I've order over the counter and have had meals delivered before and have never had any problems. They even throw in a bag of prawn crackers for free if I order a lot and they haven't given all the freebie ones away. It's a shame I've just moved from Nottingham. Now I'll have to find a new place for my Chinese fix.

• TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

  I have been a regular customer and never have they delivered in time frame. They promise 40 to 45 minutes and they take at least 1 hr 10 mins. however i usually order becasue they have good chow mein.... but THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH DISRESPECT....the delivery man is always teh same guy and when we received teh phone call to come outside (for food that was already late) to pick up the food, the guy started telling us off even though we appeared 3 minutes after received teh phone call.... he was extremely disrespectful and used insulting language!!!!)...such businesses should be taught customer respect!!!.... boycott them.... THEY ARE TERRIBLE.... you don't want to pay money to get insults!
