Excellent Customer service

I have attended sales on a regular basis and found them to be extremely well organised, both at viewings and on the day of sale with expert and knowledgeable staff whose aim is clearly to assist the customer. When I purchased a rocking horse and wanted to ascertain it's origins, they assisted me greatly by passing my details to the vendor who subsequently got in touch and gave me the information I was seeking. How may companies would be prepared to do this...not many I'm guessing. To say that I'm impressed with the all round service would be an understatement. EXCELLENT
