• very rude gentleman

  There is one member of staff, who i believe is the owner, who really puts a bad name to this post office. He is very rude, puts the phone down on you before you have even finished speaking if you are calling them, or rushes you if you are served by him over the counter and as said by other reviews, just chucks your documents back to you. The other staff I have found to be very polite and friendly, but needless to say, I only use this post office if absolutly nessacery

• what a sham

  The man who works in this post office is soooooooooooooooooo gay and all he talks to me about is how big my husbands bits are, he even asked if i could get him a picture of it in return for a free book of second class stamps, i was outranged he could of least offered first class stamps. he always had dirt under his finger nails and he makes all the documents have grubby finger prints on them. he is a disgrace!

• Extremely Rude

  I just phoned this post office and received the worst service I have ever heard!!! I was on the phone for less that one minute enquiring about a parcel that was returned there and he gave me a number to ring and whilst i was searching for a pen Iwas told to go as he has a customer waiting.. I'm sorry am I not a customer?? Absolutely awful!! I am going to make a formal complaint!

• Its a shame I can't give less than one star

  I have had not only had many similar experiences to that of Mary J., but I also question whether Julie H. is personal friend or family member. The counter staff do sometimes give efficient service, but the attitude, poor service and downright rude post master make this a post office that is only frequented by absolute neccessity. The level of service is not adequate nor in accordance with the requirements of the post office as a whole - I have lodged a formal complaint and urge all customers to do the same, we desrve better.

• Great Service

  I have been into this post office many times and have found the owners to have great customer service skills and exceptionally polite and courteous at all times. The owner has only ever been friendly to me.

• Terrible service

  This post office used to be run by a lovely old couple, now it's run by an asian couple who have no customer skills whatsoever, the staff are unfriendly and when you do eventually get served as they make you wait in a queue for ages, he snatches your documents off you and then throws them back, what an example he sets for his staff. I won't be taxing my car there again!! I have been stood in the queue before with old ladies in front of me and when the owner's window becomes free, they tell me to go to him as they don't like him. THAT'S what a good post office it is.
