We recently purchased a miele washing machine and a samsung fridge freezer from Bunny Appliances. We paid slightly over the price of some of their competitiors, however decided to use them because they were a local supplier. When the fridge freezer was delivered the delivery men struggled to get it into the house and therefore removed the outside packaging. Whilst getting the fridge into the house they dinted the side. We signed to confirm delivery of the products. Having discovered the dint on the product i contacted customer care on numerous occasions in order to try and arrange for an exchange. Despite advice that the manager would call me back, I am still awaiting a call somewhat weeks later! I finally recieved a call from customer care (not the manager as requested) explaining that the terms and conditions on the back of the paperwork state that by signing for the product we are excepting that it is in perfect condition! and therefore refused to exchange or give a refund. So despite spending approx £1500, we ended up recieiving a faulty fridge freezer which we are now going to have to sell on ebay in order to afford to buy a replacement. *****We will definately NOT be recommending Bunny Appliances every again*****
The point of sale was ok but Richard Adams said that I he couldn't guaranteer a morning or afternoon delivery someone would need to be in when delivery arrived. I paid the extra for a Saturday delivery. On Saturday morning I rang the company when they opened at 10.00 to check the time of delivery. I was assured it would be between 13.30 and 16.30. I called again at 15.00 as the delivery had not arrived. Again, I was assured they would be there by 16.30. At 16.00 I called again and was told they would be there in half an hour. At 16.34 the delivery had still not arrived. I called but received a message to say the office was closed. At 16.45 I called Bunny Appliance as it was a different company (Hi Way Express) that was delivering the goods. I spoke to Kevin who said he would try and call the delivery company although he would probably get the same message that the office was closed. He called me back to say there was nothing he could do until Monday morning. I was very upset as I thought the least the delivery men could have done was to call me to let me know they were running late. They did turn up eventually at 20.00 (3 and a half hours late) - not overly apologetic either! I had actually given up and had not expected to see them. I asked why they didn't call me and the older man said that he had problems with his phone but also forget to call me as he had called some of the other customers. I was quite upset as I spent the who day from 07.00 am. waiting in. Although I am happy with the washer dryer I think the customer service from the delivery company (Hi Way Express) was totally unacceptable.
First time i have used this company. I bought three items and found them very helpful with really good prices. Deliverd on time, no probs at all. I would recommend them and I will be ordering from them next time. Many thanks Bunny.
I bought a Rangemsater Classic 90 from Bunny Applicances for £1200. After only 4 months it broke, so I used the warrenty to get it repaired. At this point I found out that the cooker was already 12 months old when I bought it. I followed this up with the manager who had nothing to say other than if he wouldn't buy products that were already 12 months old! Since this time the rings have rusted along with some of the screws. I have checked other Classic 90s and mine seems to be sub-standard. I have heard other bad reports about their products I will never buy from Bunny Appliances again.
Price checked against internet sites and Bunny Appliance Warehouse beat price on the whole appliance bundle. Great staff, extra discounts available on special instore products, delivery on time with helpful delivery staff. Have recommended to several friends.
Used them twice and got really good deals!! Just get a price from a site such as dealtime and then ring up and haggle!
