After months of negotiating my bride has still not recieved the correct bridesmaids dresses. They have had to be returned twice as the incompetent staff made a catergoric mistake on both occasions resulting in the dresses being of no use at all!! We are still trying to get this resolved through legal channels and had to resort to buying dresses for all 6 bridesmaids off the rail. The whole organisation is just a complete farced, we certainley do not recommend!!

After various disastrous attempts at NHS dentists making dentures for me , a friend recommended Michelle at Dentures Direct on Mansfield Road, Sherwood. Since I have received their treatment and my new dentures I can`t tell you the difference they have made to my life. I can now eat anything and smile with confidence without worry. Ludlow Hill Mot Centre

To cut a long story short, I unexpectedly had a puncture after driving from Bolton to Nottingham on 4th May 2012. I was stuck with a flat tyre with no spare in the boot. I rang Ludlow Hill MOT Centre as it was near to where I broke down and the only company to answer the telephone when I rang. I spoke to Phil and explained my situation. He said he would come out and help once, he finish the two jobs that was booked in that day. After a wait, he located where I was waiting, took the flat tyre off, took it back to the garage to be replace with a good tyre, came back and fitted it to my car.. Not many garages would have done what Phil did. He went beyond the call of duty.... thisis why I am giving this garage full marks for first class customer service.

Spring Lane Residential Home

NO stars! I worked there for ONE DAY (as an experienced (16yrs experience) and qualified carer, I couldn't bear to go back after what I saw on that one day. A carer shouting to a male resident "get your arse downstairs". Another carer walking with a lady who had wet knickers hanging around one of her ankles, below here trousers. The carer and 2 others struggled (in the corridor) to lift the woman's leg and remove wet knickers. NO attempt to clean her up, or to put dry clothes on her (the trousers were wet too). ALL female residents' tights were washed together, dried together, put into a box, and randomly allocated to any lady residents.

A very lovely experience shopping here - the selecton is very cleverly chosen so that there are a variety of styles and moods avaiable without being flooded with dresses that look very similar. The lady was so helpful and enthsusiastic - it made the experience a special occasion. Would highly recommend
